This training is designed to equip you with the tools you need to successfully promote and implement family engagement and development. Strengthen your knowledge and skills of the OHS PFCE framework to help you coordinate program services and increase program effectiveness. When you improve and maintain family engagement, Head Start goals increase in success, enrollment retention increases, and children have more impactful outcomes from the services you provide.
