Teams of five or more must register and submit payment by the Early Bird Deadline to secure discounted rates. TXHSA members receive additional discounts. Advance purchase is strongly recommended; onsite registration will be available as space permits. All tickets are non-refundable. TXHSA may adjust the schedule or cancel sessions if necessary.
Changes, Cancellations, and Substitutions
HGJA reserves the right to adjust the schedule or cancel activities if necessary. No refunds will be issued; however, substitutions are welcome with written notice.
